SUMMARY:Integrating Quantum Computers into HPC Workflows
DESCRIPTION:Frédéric Schlattner (IQM Quantum Computers)\n\nIncorporating Q
uantum Computing (QC) into High Performance Computing (HPC) environments (
commonly referred to as HPC+QC integration) marks a pivotal step in advanc
ing computational capabilities for scientific research. This talk gives an
overview of IQM's recent results in integrating quantum computers based o
n superconducting qubit technology into an HPC environment. We discuss orc
hestration methods to schedule hybrid jobs with existing resources, follow
ed by a demonstration of electronic structure calculations based on Quantu
m-Selected Configuration Interaction methods.\n\nSession Chair: Prashanth
 Kanduri (ETH Zurich / CSCS)\n\n
